Terms and Conditions Policy for Estudio Origem activities

By participating in any of our activities, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions:


1. Registration and Payment:

1.1. Registration for workshops, seminars, courses or any other activity can be made through our website, phone or email.
1.2. Participation is subject to availability, and registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
1.3. Prices displayed are in the specified currency and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

2. Activities Details:

2.1. All activities include tools and materials. The learner's accommodation is also included if the total duration of an activity is longer than one day.
2.2. We provide accurate and up-to-date information about our activities: prices, schedules, instructors, equipment handling, safety-related information, and expected behaviour of our participants.
2.3. We keep the registered participants updated about the relevant upcoming event.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

3.1. Cancellations by Participants:
3.1.1. Participants who submit cancellation requests 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund.
3.1.2. Late intents of cancellation or no-shows are non-refundable.
3.2. Cancellations by the Atelier:
3.2.1. The atelier reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any activity due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.2.2. In such cases, registered participants may be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the new date or to another event.

4. Participant Responsibilities:

4.1. Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the registration process.
4.2. Participants are expected to respect the event's rules regarding safety, equipment handling, and behavior.

5. Intellectual Property:

5.1. All intellectual property of the activities and their methodologies remain with Estudio Origem.
5.2. Participants are prohibited from reproducing or distributing any event content without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1. Participation in any of our activities is at your own risk.
6.2. Neither we nor our instructors will hold liability for any personal injury, property damage, or any other liability arising from participation in our activities.

7. Jurisdiction and feedback:

7.1. We love to know how we're doing. Feel welcome to share us your feedback.
7.2. For any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions please request our complaint book.
