3.3. The risk of loss or damage to the artwork transfers to the customer upon shipment or pickup from our physical location.
4. Returns and Refunds:
4.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 72 hours from the date of receipt.
4.2. Exchanges are not accepted.
4.3. The customer may send us back the item within 72 hours from the date of receipt; the item must be returned in its original packaging and without signs of use. Returns may be accepted at our discretion.
4.4. Refunds will be processed and issued in the original payment method, within 30 days after receiving, inspecting and verifying the returned item.

5.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain with the respective artists.
5.2. Artwork, images, descriptions, and other content either on our website or in our physical location are protected by copyright and shall not be used without our permission.
